In December we´ll make a crossfit exhibition, Rich Froning, who had won the 2011,2012 and 2013 crossfit games. We could say that he is the most fit man in the world. He will stay in our gym for 2 days (12 and 13 of December), so come here and get fit with Rich fitnessman Froning.
